Fr. Alex will perform a free concert at St. Raphael parish at 6 pm on Friday, Aug, 21. The event will be held in the parish gym and will feature contemporary songs that celebrate the Catholic faith.

The Diocese of Joliet Vocations Office is inviting young men and their fathers to Join us October 1, 2026, 6-8 pm at Queen of Apostles Parish, 18 Woodlawn Ave, Joliet, IL 60435. Bishop Dennis Spies and several area priests will be joining us for dinner, conversation, and testimonials about their own vocation stories. There will be opportunity for a question-and-answer session and meeting other young men open to the priesthood.

**This is a recurring event that takes place on the first Sunday of each month** The Diocese of Joliet invites men who may be discerning a call to the priesthood to join a monthly gathering for conversation and guidance on the first Sunday of every month at St. Isaac Jogues Parish, in Hinsdale. Open to men from high school juniors and older, these meetings offer an opportunity to meet with priests, ask questions, and explore what it means to discern a vocation to the priesthood. Lunch will be served.
